Returns Policy

Online Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for online orders only. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In the same condition as received
• With all original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by your receipt, order confirmation email, or other proof of purchase

Return Shipping

A flat-rate return shipping fee of £3.99 per return applies to all approved online returns. Once your return request has been approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for returning your parcel.

The £3.99 return fee will be charged for each return.

If you are returning multiple items from the same order, please ensure all items you wish to return are sent together in one package. Sending items back separately may result in additional return charges.

We do not offer free postal returns for online orders.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email online@copenhagenluxe.co.uk.

If your return is approved, we will send you:

• A prepaid return shipping label
• Full instructions on how and where to send your parcel

Please do not send items back without requesting a return first, as they may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at online@copenhagenluxe.co.uk so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and other reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:

• Earrings and selected accessories (unless faulty)
• Beauty and personal care products
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Special order items
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items

We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour or style, simply return your original item for a refund (subject to our returns policy) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at online@copenhagenluxe.co.uk.

Please note that the £3.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund where applicable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• With all tags attached
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

This policy is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
