£4.99 Shipping Fee for Orders Under £50: For orders under £50.00, a flat shipping fee of £4.99 will be applied within the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man.

Free Collections: Customers on the Isle of Man can opt for free order collections at our store - 19 Duke Street, Douglas. Please note that pick-up is available on working days (Tuesday to Saturday). Kindly allow our team 2-3  days to prepare your items for collection. Once ready, you'll receive an email notification. To collect your order you'll need to provide:

• Proof of ID 
• Delivery confirmation email or order number

Please note: SMA KIDS Collection orders are currently only available for delivery and cannot be collected in-store.

Incorrect Item Received: In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.

Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the postcode and chosen shipping service. While most orders are delivered within 5-10 days, please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Shipping Options: Shipping options may vary based on the delivery address, the time you place your order, and availability of items. 

Deliveries on Working Days Only: Deliveries are made exclusively on working days (Tuesday to Saturday). Orders placed on Monday or Sunday, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Address Eligibility: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during the checkout process is within our delivery markets. We only deliver to specified locations within the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man.
