Please note: We do not offer refunds. Exchanges only are accepted within 7 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt.

To submit an exchange request, click on the profile icon in the store’s navigation, visit the Returns Policy, or go directly to the Request an Exchange page.

To initiate an exchange request, follow these steps:

  1. Log In to Your Account:

     

    • Visit our Request an Exchange page.

    • Enter your email address and click Continue.

    • Open the verification email from our store and copy the six-digit code.

    • Return to the site and enter the code to log in.

     

  2. Select Your Order:

     

    • Choose the order you’d like to request an exchange for.

     

  3. Choose Items to Exchange:

     

    • Select the specific items you wish to exchange.

     

  4. Specify Exchange Details:

     

    • Choose a reason for the exchange.

    • Add any notes or additional details if needed.

     

  5. Submit Your Request:

     

    • Click “Request Exchange” to submit your request.

     

  6. Approval Process:

     

    • If your exchange is approved and involves shipping, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions.

    • Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange.
